$2.26 per 1,000 from 7,000 to 50,000 gallons of water

$3.16 per 1,000 from 51,000 to 100,000 gallons of water

$4.16 per 1,000 for 101,000 gallons of water and greater

Building developments with individual water barrel installed by developer per connection:
